How to access resolved customer complaints on your Conformio account

Step 1 – Accessing Customer complaints module from the top menu

Please access the Customer complaints module from the top menu option – “Incidents – Complaints.”

Step 2 – Accessing resolved customer complaints via ‘Show resolved customer complaints’ option

Once you are on the Customer complaints list, select “Show resolved customer complaints” to display all the customer complaints that were marked with the status “Resolved.”
