How to add attachments to customer complaints on your Conformio account

Step 1 – Accessing Customer complaints module from the top menu

Please access the Customer complaints module from the top menu option – “Incidents – Complaints.”

Step 2 – Adding an attachment from the customer complaint form

Select the customer complaint you want to add an attachment to. From the customer complaint form, you can add attachments by using the “Add attachments” option.
