How to add new customer complaints on your Conformio account

Step 1 – Accessing Customer complaints module from the top menu

Please access the Customer complaints module from the top menu option – “Incidents – Complaints.”

Step 2 – Adding new customer complaints from the Customer complaints tab

From the Customer complaints tab, you can specify the title of the customer complaint and submit the entry by pressing “Enter.”
