Adding related corrective actions to a customer complaint
How to add corrective actions to customer complaints on your Conformio account
Step 1 ‑ Accessing Customer complaints module from the top menu
Please access the Customer complaints module from the top menu option ‑ “Incidents ‑ Complaints.”
Step 2 ‑ Selecting an existing, or creating a new corrective action from the drop-down
Select the customer complaint you want to update. From the customer complaint form, you can access an existing corrective action or create a new one from the drop-down menu.
Step 3 ‑ Filling out new, related corrective action form
After you apply the “Create new” action, a form will open on which you should specify the corrective action’s title, status, assignee, cause of nonconformity, reviewer, and additional information. Make sure you click “Save” to record the new corrective action and refresh the page to display it on the related corrective action drop-down list.
