How to add tasks to customer complaints on your Conformio account

Step 1 – Accessing Customer complaints module from the top menu

Please access the Customer complaints module from the top menu option – “Incidents – Complaints.”

Step 2 – Adding task title, owner, and due date from the customer complaint form

Select the customer complaint you want to update. From the customer complaint form, you can specify the task’s title, due date, and owner.
