Adding team members to environmental incidents
How to add team members to environmental incidents on your Conformio account
Step 1 – Accessing Environmental incidents from the top menu
Please access the Environmental incidents from the top menu option – “Incidents – Complaints,” and then click on the “Environmental incidents” option from the left menu.
Step 2 – Accessing the Environmental incidents Settings tab
Please access the Environmental incidents Settings tab and activate the “Edit settings” option.
Step 3 – Assigning team members from the Settings edit form
Once you are on the Environmental incidents Settings edit form, you can activate the “Assign people” option and choose the team members you want to join you in handling reported environmental incidents.
Step 4 – Selecting people and Saving changes
Once you select the users you want to add or remove, make sure you click “Save changes” to apply the settings to the Environmental incidents module.
Step 5 – Previewing and removing added team members from the Environmental incidents Settings tab
After you save your user selections, you can preview them right from the Settings tab and, if needed, remove the ones you don’t need any more, by clicking the “X” beside their profile photos.
