Adding team members to Nonconformities
How to add team members to Nonconformities on your Conformio account
Step 1 – Accessing the Nonconformities module from the top menu
Please access the Nonconformities module from the top menu option – “Nonconformities – Corrective actions – Audits.”
Step 2 – Accessing Nonconformities Settings tab
Please access the Nonconformities Settings tab and activate the “Edit settings” option.
Step 3 – Assigning team members from the Settings edit form
Once you are on the Nonconformities Settings edit form, you can activate the “Assign people” option and choose the team members you want to join you in handling reported nonconformities.
Step 4 – Selecting people and saving changes
Once you select the users you want to add or remove, make sure you click “Save changes” to apply the settings to the Nonconformities module.
Step 5 – Previewing and removing added team members from the Nonconformities Settings tab
After you save your user selections, you can preview them right from the Settings tab and, if needed, remove the ones you don’t need any more by clicking the “X” beside their profile photos.
