How to delete a customer complaint on your Conformio account

Step 1 – Accessing Customer complaints module from the top menu

Please access the Customer complaints module from the top menu option – “Incidents – Complaints.”

Step 2 – Deleting a customer complaint via the ‘Delete item’ option

Select the customer complaint you want to delete. From the customer complaint form, you can delete a customer complaint via the “Delete item” option located at the bottom of the form.
