Filling in customer complaint details
How to fill out the customer complaint form on your Conformio account
Step 1 – Accessing Customer complaints from the top menu
Please access the Customer complaints module from the top menu option – “Incidents – Complaints.”
Step 2 – Filling out customer complaint title, status, date, reporter, and description
Select the customer complaint you want to update. From the customer complaint form, you can specify the customer complaint’s title, status, date, reporter, and description.
Step 3 – Filling out related customer, assignee, classification, and related corrective actions
From the same customer complaint form you can further specify related customer, assignee, classification, and related corrective actions.
