How to start a discussion on a customer complaint on your Conformio account
Step 1 – Accessing Customer complaints module from the top menu
Please access the Customer complaints module from the top menu option – “Incidents – Complaints.”
Step 2 – Starting a discussion via the ‘Create message’ option
Select the customer complaint you want to discuss. From the customer complaint form, you can start a discussion by using the “Create message” option. You can mention users with the @ sign and add attachments directly from the message form. Message replies trigger email and My Discussions notifications to the users involved in the discussion.
