How to start a private discussion on your Conformio account

Step 1 – Starting a private discussion from My Discussions page

To start a private discussion, please use the Create a message option from the My Discussions page.

Step 2 – Completing message details

Once on the Create a message form, please select the option “Send private message.” From this form you can fill in the following information:

1. Fill in the message.
2. Address the users you want to receive it.
3. Attach a file.

Make sure you hit the Send message option to publish it. Good job!
