Resetting user password

If you need to reset the password of your user in your Company account, you can do it by following these steps:

Step 1 – Find a user who needs their password reset

If you want to reset user’s password, please go to the Users section of your Company account and find the user that needs the password reset.

Click on Edit user button in the Action column next to the user details.

Choose the user that needs password reset

Step 2 – Send password reset email

Click on Send password reset email to user below the Update profile button.

After that action, the user will get a password reset email, so he can change his email.

You will get a confirmation note that the password reset email is sent.
