As part of the training, you will go through the following exercises:
Determine the context of the organizations using a SWOT analysis
During the exercise, you will use a SWOT analysis to identify relevant internal and external issues of the context of the organization.
Analyze the interested parties and their needs and expectations
You will be asked to develop a list of interested parties that may the processes of the QMS, and list their needs and expectations.
Define the scope of the QMS
Based on the information presented in the case study, you will need to define the scope of the QMS, and determine which processes, services, products, and organizational units will be included in the scope.
Define processes and procedures using a map of processes
You will be provided a process map template, which you will use to design the process map considering the scope you have defined in the previous exercise.
Identify the risks and their significance
During the exercise, you will need to define the risks associated to the processes defined in the previous exercise and conduct a quantitative assessment of the risks.
Define the Key Performance Indicators for the established QMS objectives
During the exercise, you will need to define the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each objective defined in the scope, the measuring frequency, and the monitoring record.

What do I need to participate in the live virtual training?
Once you purchase access to the live virtual training, you will need a computer with any internet browser, a video camera (optional), speakers, and a microphone.
Why do I need speakers and a microphone?
The training is interactive, and during the training you will need to complete the exercises and present your ideas to the expert in order for the expert to be able to guide you and provide you with the best learning experience.
Is the number of seats limited?
Yes, in order to keep the training at its best quality, we allow a maximum of 10 students per live virtual training.

Iciar Gallo
Iciar Gallo has more than 10 years of experience in business consulting and auditing, including a number of management systems such as ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.
She has worked for several international companies and prestigious universities not only in Spain, but also in Panama, Venezuela, England, Zambia, and the United States. She has broad experience as an instructor and trainer. She has developed and held a large number of courses on environmental and quality standards at AENOR, Advisera, and other international organizations.
Iciar holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Management and Control from the Technical University of Madrid and is certified as a Lead Auditor and Lead Implementer of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
