Understanding the Process Approach

Based on the provided case study, you will need to define the scope of the organization, main outputs and inputs, and relevant parties.

You will need to define a high-level route of a request, 3-6 processes maximum, from the main inputs to the main outputs.

Based on the drawing you made in the previous exercise, for each process you will need to add the necessary resources and who will supply those resources.

You will need to define the process of how top management manages and improves the management system, and add this process to the drawing you’ve made in the previous exercises.

During the exercise, you will need to name each of the processes you have drawn; the expert will provide you practical advice and best practices for how to name a process.

In the final exercise of this training, you will need to write a description of the organization, which, together with the process-based model you have developed, can be used in the Quality Manual or any high-level introduction to the QMS of an organization.
