Nina has 25+ years of experience in managing ICT processes, mostly for the finance (banking) sector, but also for the ICT industry in general. She is experienced in national and international operations, with hands-on work practice in mission-critical processes for almost 18 years. For the last 5 years she has worked as a Senior Consultant, Trainer, and Lead Auditor for management systems, specialized in Information Security Management Systems (ISO 27001) and Service Management Systems (ISO 20000). Also engaged in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, as part of the implementation process for SMS and ISMS, she trained more than 40 companies in the region on how to use or how to deliver services (outsourcing), including information security management controls. In addition, she audited approximately 40 companies, faced with very different aspects and management systems.
Live online trainings via webinars are currently delivered in English and Spanish only. However, we plan to deliver some of the trainings in other languages, too.
No, all our live online trainings are delivered through Internet only, via webinars. Webinars enable you to experience both audio and video presentation from our presenter/trainer.
You just need a computer with a browser – webinar recordings can be watched just like any other video on the internet, e.g., on YouTube.
