Short description of the project
Advisera Expert Solutions d.o.o. is implementing the project “Certification of Products and Management Systems,” co-funded by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund under the Competitiveness and Cohesion Programme 2021–2027.
The project includes activities focused on product certification and the implementation and certification of management systems in accordance with relevant international standards. These activities include the preparation of internal documentation, the adaptation of business processes, the performance of internal audits, and the completion of certification procedures by authorized certification bodies. The implementation of the project will ensure that business operations are aligned with international standards, increase the level of standardization and service quality, and create the conditions for further business development and stronger competitiveness in both domestic and international markets.
Goals and expected results of the project
To improve the quality of business operations and the company’s competitiveness through product and management system certification, to enable the development and improvement of services, and to increase market recognition as well as the trust of clients and business partners.
